Please note that we require 1–3 business days on average to process and fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as we can!

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on your country or region. The estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days. Please also take into account any public holidays that may affect delivery times.


Our Shipping Process

At Histormley, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to bring you unique products — and some of our items are shipped directly from our vendors overseas.

Due to the nature of global shipping, delays are sometimes unavoidable, and all shipping times provided are guidelines only. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will:

  • Ship all available items immediately.

  • Ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available.

So, if you ordered multiple items and received only part of your order, don’t worry — the remaining items will be delivered shortly after.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile number) containing:

  • Your tracking ID

  • A link to track your package

If you are unsure of your tracking ID, please refer to your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow 2–4 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect address.
